📋 Description

• Support the day-to-day operation of Pendo, including tagging, configuration, dashboards, reports, and data quality • Build and maintain Pendo dashboards and reporting to help Product Managers understand product usage, feature adoption, and customer behavior • Ensure new product capabilities are appropriately tagged and measurable after release • Provide ongoing adoption and usage reporting • Assist Product Managers with analytics questions and investigate trends or changes in usage • Communicate findings clearly • Use Grafana, BI tools, and internal systems to supplement Pendo data when additional context is needed • Support Product and leadership reporting, including dashboards and recurring measurements used to track Product KPIs • Support KPI and OKR measurement and surface useful insights • Interact and work closely with other areas of the company as needed • Report to the Chief Product Officer • Potentially develop toward a Product Owner capacity over time • Travel occasionally within the United States, Europe, and Asia

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of demonstrable experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics or a similar role • Hands-on experience with Pendo is required, including working with tagging, dashboards, reports, and product usage analytics • Experience building and maintaining dashboards, reports, or recurring analytics used by business or product teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with curiosity about how customers use software products and an ability to investigate questions using data • Good attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with Product Managers and clearly communicate useful findings • Experience with Grafana, SQL, BI platforms, or other analytics tools is helpful but not required • Comfort working with diverse professional and cultural backgrounds • Ability to work with an international team across the United States, South America, Western and Eastern Europe, and Asia
