âą **Key Responsibilities****Clinical Care and Psychological Assessments** âą - Provide evidence based psychological therapy, both in person and virtually, in line with AHPRA requirements and Intellect clinical governance standards âą - Maintain a hands on clinical caseload with a focus on high quality, outcomes oriented care âą - Conduct psychological and workplace related assessments, including return to work assessments and other psychosocial or functional assessments âą - Provide case management and care coordination where required, including risk monitoring and escalation âą **Workplace Mental Health and Psychosocial Risk** âą - Contribute to psychosocial risk assessments and workplace mental health initiatives across client organisations âą - Support the development of clinically sound recommendations and reports âą - Translate clinical insights into practical guidance for internal teams and client stakeholders âą **Stakeholder partnership and Clinical Account Support** âą - Liaise with client representatives and internal stakeholders to uphold clinical quality, service standards, and reporting integrity âą - Act as a trusted clinical voice in programme discussions, helping ensure delivery remains evidence based, safe, and fit for purpose** âą **Crisis and Critical Incident Support** âą - Support on site crisis response deployments when required, including psychological first aid, group briefings, and individual stabilisation sessions âą - Ensure clear follow up pathways, continuity of care, and appropriate escalation after critical incidents** âą **Research and Evidence Generation** âą - Contribute to Intellect's research and evaluation efforts in Australia, including partnerships with universities and applied workplace mental health studies âą - Support clinically grounded data collection, interpretation, and programme improvement initiatives âą - Help strengthen Intellect's evidence base and thought leadership in workplace mental health and psychosocial safety**
âą - **Requirements** âą - CISP - Required, (AHPRA - preferred but not mandatory) registered Clinical Psychologist âą - Master's or Doctoral qualification in Clinical Psychology âą - Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in psychological therapy and assessment âą - Experience in case management and workplace related assessments, including return to work and workplace reports, is highly regarded âą - Experience in psychosocial risk assessment or workplace mental health programmes is highly regarded âą - Strong clinical judgement and communication skills âą - Comfortable working across individual care, organisational contexts, and stakeholder engagement âą - Experience supporting complex, high risk, or safety critical populations is advantageous
