📋 Description

• Consulting: You take the lead in our ongoing projects and advise our clients on SAP authorizations and SAP security. • Design and Development: You create authorization and security concepts for SAP S/4HANA transformation projects and implement them in our clients' systems. • Team Coordination: You coordinate tasks within our team and coach junior staff toward senior-level skills. • Impact & Short Decision-Making Paths: Your ideas have a direct influence on the success of the startup.

🎯 Requirements

• SAP Knowledge: You have at least four years of project experience in SAP authorizations or SAP security and solid expertise in Identity and Access Management for S/4HANA, GRC, BTP, Cloud Identity Services and Cloud Identity Access Governance. • Development Skills: You are able to develop small to medium-sized applications in SAP. • Consulting Competence: You communicate clearly, empathetically and in a structured manner. A solution-oriented approach comes naturally to you. • Quality Orientation: You hold yourself and your work to high quality standards. • Eagerness to Learn: You are highly motivated to familiarise yourself with new topics and to contribute your ideas and perspectives. • Proactive Analysis: You enjoy working on tasks proactively and approach them analytically and with focus.
