📋 Description

• Take ownership of day-to-day management and updates within Follow Up Boss CRM • Manage leads and maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records • Manage and monitor the real estate pipeline • Coordinate campaigns and related CRM activities • Support content creation and coordination as required • Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate outcomes and activity • Provide updates on CRM outcomes every other day • Collaborate with internal team members and clients when needed • Submit a resume and a short 1-minute introduction video covering professional background, work specialization, and interest in the opportunity

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of specialist-level relevant experience • Hands-on experience with Follow Up Boss CRM • Experience with lead management, CRM updates, and pipeline management • Experience coordinating campaigns and content • Experience creating or maintaining reports and dashboards • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities • Self-directed working style with professional communication, consistency, and reliable follow-through • Prior real estate industry experience and familiarity with similar business models • Accuracy, quality of work, consistent output, and attention to detail • Reliable home office setup • Stable internet connection • Ability to maintain consistent availability during required working hours • Proactive communication, deadline management, and ownership of responsibilities • Resume and short 1-minute introduction video required
