⢠Support and advise project managers in all phases of project management ⢠Establish, further develop and ensure internal and external PMO standards, methods and processes ⢠Create and maintain project plans, status reports, dashboards and management presentations ⢠Monitor project progress, budgets, resources and risks ⢠Perform project controlling and KPI reporting ⢠Prepare and facilitate project and steering committee meetings ⢠Support portfolio and resource planning ⢠Contribute to the implementation and optimization of project management tools
đŻ Requirements
⢠Completed degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Engineering or a comparable qualification ⢠Entry-level to several years of professional experience in a PMO, project management or consulting environment ⢠Good knowledge of common project management methodologies (traditional, agile or hybrid) ⢠Experience in project controlling and reporting ⢠Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint ⢠Ideally experienced with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Clarity or similar solutions ⢠Analytical and structured working style ⢠Strong communication and organizational skills ⢠Very good German and good English skills
