📋 Description

• Support and advise project managers in all phases of project management • Establish, further develop and ensure internal and external PMO standards, methods and processes • Create and maintain project plans, status reports, dashboards and management presentations • Monitor project progress, budgets, resources and risks • Perform project controlling and KPI reporting • Prepare and facilitate project and steering committee meetings • Support portfolio and resource planning • Contribute to the implementation and optimization of project management tools

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Engineering or a comparable qualification • Entry-level to several years of professional experience in a PMO, project management or consulting environment • Good knowledge of common project management methodologies (traditional, agile or hybrid) • Experience in project controlling and reporting • Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Ideally experienced with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Clarity or similar solutions • Analytical and structured working style • Strong communication and organizational skills • Very good German and good English skills
