📋 Description

• Deliver official Microsoft courseware in live, instructor-led formats, virtually and in person as needed • Train enterprise professionals on Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and AI/Copilot tools • Design and adapt training content for diverse enterprise audiences • Guide learners through hands-on labs, exercises, and real-world use cases • Assess learner progress and provide feedback aligned with Microsoft certification pathways • Stay current with Microsoft product updates, courseware revisions, and certification changes • Collaborate with curriculum and delivery teams to ensure quality and consistency of training outcomes • Deliver training across Microsoft Azure and Cloud, Microsoft 365 and Productivity, Power Platform and Business Applications, and Security, Compliance and Identity • Cover Azure AI/ML certification tracks including AI-900, AI-102, DP-100, and the Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect expert track

🎯 Requirements

• Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status in good standing • Minimum 2 relevant Microsoft certifications in your area of expertise • Experience working with Azure Labs • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies in enterprise environments • Proven experience delivering instructor-led training (corporate, academic, or self-organised) • Strong communication skills in English • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for mixed audiences • Familiarity with virtual training delivery tools, including Teams, Zoom, and LMS platforms
