📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable automation frameworks across UI, API, performance, and security testing • Drive an AI-first testing strategy by integrating AI-driven solutions into the QA process • Implement and scale Playwright-based automation across Python/Django and JavaScript/Next.js applications • Perform manual testing for exploratory testing, edge cases, and quick validation while focusing primarily on automation • Build CI/CD-integrated test systems for continuous, reliable test coverage • Identify and proactively resolve gaps, bottlenecks, and risks in automation pipelines • Ensure test reliability, maintainability, and scalability through framework-focused development • Mentor junior QA engineers • Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product teams to raise quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• 2.5+ years of experience in automation testing with a strong engineering mindset • Hands-on expertise with Playwright for end-to-end testing • Experience building reusable, scalable test frameworks instead of isolated scripts • An AI-first approach to automation testing, including test case generation, self-healing tests, and AI-driven validation • Hands-on experience with manual testing • Good debugging and online searching skills • Good communication skills • Good problem-solving skills • Experience with web systems using Next.js and API systems using Python/Django • Experience using Playwright frameworks in TypeScript
