📋 Description

• Monitor and update information on road traffic incidents across assigned regions • Work with real-time data from multiple sources • Record key incident details, including location, direction of travel, and other relevant information • Update incident records as conditions change • Close incidents once they have been resolved and confirmed

🎯 Requirements

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher (spoken English as well) • Strong attention to detail, especially when working under time constraints • Confident multitasking skills, including working with multiple browser tabs/windows and fast, accurate typing • Punctuality, focus, and reliability are essential for successful night-shift work
