📋 Description

• Manage and monitor security platforms, including AV/EDR and SIEM solutions • Review email quarantines and investigate phishing, BEC, and other email-borne threats • Use threat intelligence sources to support and enrich security investigations • Track CVEs and security advisories, assess impact, and support vulnerability management • Participate in periodic security assessments of company infrastructure • Triage, investigate, and resolve security incidents and endpoint alerts • Identify root causes and document findings, processes, and runbooks • Tune and improve detection rules to enhance monitoring and reduce false positives • Automate daily security operations using scripting languages, APIs, and workflow automation tools • Deploy, maintain, and support security agents and configurations across endpoints and servers • Integrate security and IT systems to improve visibility, alerting, and operational efficiency • Design and develop internal tools, dashboards, and reports for security operations • Support access control and identity management processes • Collaborate with local and international teams within a global IT organization to improve security posture

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in system administration and/or security operations • Hands-on experience with AV/EDR and/or SIEM platforms • Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux administration • Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash • Understanding of vulnerability management and risk-based prioritization • Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira • Security-first mindset and awareness of cybersecurity best practices • Good written and spoken Polish and English • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ownership, initiative, and ability to independently drive improvements • Curiosity and proactive approach to identifying root causes and solutions • Clear written communication skills and sound risk assessment judgment • Experience with SOAR platforms, Logic Apps, or similar workflow automation tools is an advantage • Experience integrating systems through APIs is an advantage • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker is an advantage • Experience in offensive security and penetration testing activities is an advantage • Knowledge of macOS security is an advantage • Familiarity with cloud identity platforms and directory services is an advantage • Knowledge of threat intelligence and OSINT methodologies is an advantage • Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, CRTM, OSEP, or eCPPT are an advantage
