📋 Description

• Advise customers on implementation strategies, use cases, and product selection, ensuring high customer satisfaction. • Translate customer requests and requirements into actionable development outcomes. • Stay up to date on evolving competitive products and market opportunities. • Own and drive continuous service improvement plans and quality delivery across the tech stack. • Partner with the product team to refine go-to-market strategies, deliver solution architectures, and enhance client acquisition efforts. • Act as a liaison between architects, engineers, and customers, translating complex business needs into technical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role at a SaaS company. • Developer skills including APIs and front-end technologies like JavaScript and React. • Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English. • Experience translating customer requirements into actionable code for sprint pipelines. • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills across diverse audiences. • Preferred: Familiarity with security frameworks, attack vectors, botnets, and online threats. • Strong solution architecture and engineering expertise (requirements gathering, problem-solving, and technical recommendations).
