📋 Description

• Help maximize utilization of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems • Implement the clinical sales plan defined by the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager • Support development of surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory • Support regional Sales and Marketing development events to create system awareness and procedure adoption • Develop a da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable independent system use within a reasonable timeframe • Review and select appropriate cases with surgical teams and ensure consistent da Vinci® system usage • Expand the user base by working with hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders to develop a qualified lead funnel • Lead surgical teams through training on system operations, OR integration, and da Vinci® Surgery applications • Provide case support, guidance, and insight to surgical teams using the da Vinci® Surgical System • Manage administrative tasks, sales and procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, and expense reports • Act as a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany after appropriate training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Minimum of two years of experience in support and training in the medical device industry or minimum of two years of prior sales experience in healthcare • Successful experience as sales support or successful experience in Sales • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills • Fluent in English and local language as required • Ability to travel up to 70%, dependent upon account distribution • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred • Must be able to meet applicable requirements for acting as a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany after appropriate training, as per legal requirement • Role is intended for people belonging to protected categories under Italian Law 68/99
