📋 Description
• Be a subject matter expert and trusted advisor of our digital solutions for customers (externally) and Intuitive colleagues (internally) • Perform Intuitive Hub in-services, workflow analysis, customization, and optimization to meet customer objectives • Educate and prepare customers for My Intuitive+ including customer onboarding • Monitor and drive the digital products utilization by customers and clinical users • Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with key hospital staff and thought leaders • Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems; identify and document issues to be escalated to digital technical support teams for resolution • Lead clinical teams through training sessions, helping them understand system operation • Onboard, coach, and mentor new and existing team members • Participate in the training and launch of new products and/or procedures • Participate in departmental and cross-functional projects to develop or improve Intuitive processes, deliverables, and other material • Build excellent relationships with internal colleagues, such as dV sales and clinical teams, digital support, marketing, and field service
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • 2+ years’ experience with procedural/OR health software required • 2+ years’ experience with clinical project integrations required • Prior experience with EMR/PACS solutions is a plus • Experience training clinical and OR staff required • Knowledge of the procedural/operating room environment required • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required • Ability to deliver consistent and effective communication • Strong organizational skills and time management in a fast-paced environment required • Fluent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English.
