📋 Description

• Design, build and evolve native iOS experiences on highly visible consumer surfaces • Contribute to the architecture and development of reusable mobile foundations, frameworks and platform capabilities • Lead technical initiatives that improve scalability, performance, reliability and developer experience • Drive engineering quality through code reviews, testing practices, observability and operational excellence • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product direction and technical strategy • Mentor engineers and contribute to a collaborative and growth-oriented engineering culture • Improve tooling, workflows, documentation and shared engineering standards • Participate in experimentation and prototyping of new product experiences • Balance short-term product needs with long-term platform sustainability

🎯 Requirements

• Senior level experience building native iOS applications with Swift • Experience from large-scale consumer-facing applications with high performance and reliability expectations • Strong understanding of scalable, maintainable mobile architecture and reusable components • Strong focus on user experience, accessibility and performance • Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions in cross-functional environments • Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making thoughtful technical trade-offs • Full professional proficiency in English • Based in Sweden and available to start in November 2026 • Experience with SwiftUI and modular app architecture (Nice to Have) • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Nice to Have) • Experience with mobile CI/CD, testing frameworks and observability tooling (Nice to Have) • Experience from media, streaming or other high-traffic consumer products (Nice to Have)
