📋 Description

• Converse with language models on language scenarios • Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness • Capture reproducible error traces • Document model failure modes • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Help train the next generation of AI for Afrikaans speakers

🎯 Requirements

• Afrikaans language expertise • Deep knowledge of Afrikaans grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics • Ability to assess verb tense and aspect, sentence structure, word order, regional varieties, formal and informal registers, and Afrikaans writing-system nuances • Ability to communicate clearly and metacognitively, showing your work • A master’s or PhD in Afrikaans language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal • Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects signal fit
