📋 Description

• Review, annotate, and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, and strict cultural context • Act as a primary quality check during production to identify and correct subtle cultural errors or awkward phrasing in Marathi • Analyze task quality trends and autonomously develop educational resources and feedback documentation • Provide native-level language vetting during project scaling • Offer specialized linguistic consultation throughout the production phase • Operate autonomously to provide linguistic QA and develop alignment resources

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable work or educational experience in linguistics, education, or other fields requiring high attention to linguistic detail • Prior, tangible experience working in human data evaluation or annotation • Verified Marathi language proficiency of C1 or C2 • Ability to transform raw feedback and quality trends into structured, actionable educational resources • Meticulous approach to language and ability to identify and correct subtle unnatural phrasing in their native tongue • Contractors must supply a secure computer and high-speed internet
