📋 Description

• Challenge advanced language models using real-world insurance scenarios and technical questions • Converse with the model in English and French • Verify factual accuracy and industry logic • Capture reproducible error traces • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Document model failure modes to improve reasoning, financial literacy, risk analysis, claims automation, customer experiences, and regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Insurance expertise covering underwriting, claims processing, policy design, actuarial analysis, reinsurance, and risk management • Deep knowledge of insurance practices and regulations in French-speaking regions • Expertise in life, health, property, casualty, and commercial insurance • Knowledge of fraud detection, regulatory frameworks, and customer communication • Fluency in French • Ability to converse in both English and French • Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to “show your work” • Professional insurance certifications such as CPCU or AIC signal fit • Hands-on experience in the insurance industry signals fit • Secure computer and high-speed internet • Geographic location affects the final offer rate
