📋 Description

• Support various processes that facilitate conversion plans onboarding to the client’s platform • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to enhance the onboarding experience • Provide exceptional service to plan sponsors • Review and identify issues with potential fund lineups • Prepare Fund Applications for third-party fund companies with client information • Coordinate with Implementation Managers and Investment teams to transition new and conversion-qualified plans onto the client’s platform • Update, maintain, and review client data within CRM systems • Collaborate with internal teams to meet expected timelines • Support creation and maintenance of written operating procedures related to assigned functions

🎯 Requirements

• You're optimistic, flexible, creative, team-oriented, results-driven, and have the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders • Possess a good understanding of how mutual funds, stable value funds, collective investment trusts (CITs), and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) trade and settle • Demonstrate an affinity for learning, creating, and Communicating effectively • Proactive and analytical, able to problem-solve and propose solutions • Demonstrate a high degree of organization and dependability • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage client expectations • Experience with collaboration, project management, and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Jira • General knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements, and experience with one or more compliance / record-keeping systems (e.g. SunGard Relius, ASC, FIS) • Availability during US Eastern Time (8:30am - 5:30pm)
