📋 Description

• Challenge advanced language models on manufacturing topics and document every failure mode • Converse with the model in English and French about real-world manufacturing scenarios and technical questions • Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses • Capture reproducible error traces • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Help create high-quality training data for AI applications in industrial efficiency, knowledge sharing, operational excellence, production processes, workforce training, and global manufacturing systems

🎯 Requirements

• Manufacturing expertise in production systems, lean manufacturing, quality control, process optimization, industrial automation, supply chain management, and workplace safety • Knowledge of standards and practices in French-speaking regions • Expertise in Six Sigma, Kaizen, GMP, ISO standards, preventive maintenance, materials handling, CNC and robotics, OEE, and production scheduling • Ability to converse in both English and French on real-world manufacturing scenarios and technical questions • Ability to verify factual accuracy and logical soundness • Ability to capture reproducible error traces • Ability to suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Master's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or a closely related field is ideal • Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or PMP signal fit • Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments • Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to show your work • Must supply a secure computer and high-speed internet
