📋 Description

• Guide merchants through full Online Ordering setup sessions • Test ordering links and integrate them into existing websites, Google My Business, and Google Food Ordering • Assist merchants in building new websites or customizing existing pages to reflect their visual identity and meet design standards • Process complex integrations such as Toast POS and dual menus • Ensure ordering links are fully functional and resolve technical barriers • Operate autonomously to manage merchant implementations and provide technical guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new platforms quickly • Ability to build trust and confidently handle objections related to technology, time, or cost • Detail-oriented communication skills and structured questioning to uncover merchant needs • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) • Comfort with data-driven decision-making • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, restaurant POS systems, especially Toast, and basic HTML/CSS or website customization preferred • Prior experience in B2B sales, customer success, or merchant onboarding highly valued
