📋 Description

• Guide merchants through complete Online Ordering page setup sessions • Test ordering links and integrate them into existing websites, Google My Business, and Google Food Ordering • Assist merchants with building new websites or customizing existing pages to reflect their visual identity and design standards • Process complex integrations such as Toast POS and dual menus • Ensure ordering links are fully functional • Resolve technical barriers independently • Operate autonomously while managing merchant implementations and providing technical guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new platforms quickly • Ability to build trust and confidently handle technology, time, or cost objections • Detail-oriented communication skills • Ability to uncover merchant needs through structured questioning • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) • Comfort with data-driven decision-making • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms preferred • Familiarity with restaurant POS systems, especially Toast, preferred • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or website customization preferred • Prior experience in B2B sales, customer success, or merchant onboarding highly valued • Secure computer and high-speed internet • Independent contractor/freelance engagement
