• Challenge advanced language models on Swedish linguistics and cultural-context topics • Document model failure modes to improve model reasoning • Converse with models on language scenarios • Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness • Capture reproducible error traces • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Help create high-quality training data for next-generation AI • Teach AI models Swedish language expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Swedish language expertise across phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, sociolinguistics, and language acquisition • Expertise in Swedish verb conjugation, noun-adjective agreement, sentence structure, regional dialects, word order, idiomatic expressions, and cultural context • Ability to converse with language models on language scenarios • Ability to verify factual accuracy and logical soundness • Ability to capture reproducible error traces • Ability to suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to “show your work” • A degree is not required • Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects signal fit • Secure computer and high-speed internet • Swedish language proficiency • Geographic location may affect the final offer amount
