📋 Description

• Evaluate technical designs for alignment with product standards • Evaluate and suggest new technologies and platforms • Define technical and coding standards and participate in code reviews • Code complex solutions and prototypes • Use AI-assisted and agentic coding tools in day-to-day development • Define and manage the product release process and document application architecture • Deliver deep dives to solve complex problems and develop and execute ITDs • Mentor and educate developers • Interact with other teams as the platform technical expert • Drive the product forward and help deliver valuable, safe, and secure software to customers • Serve as a key member of the Platform Development team

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science or a relevant field • 10+ years of experience in .NET development • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development • 5+ years on an enterprise SaaS development team • Hands-on use of AI-assisted or agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent • Hands-on experience implementing unit and integration tests in backend and frontend systems • Hands-on CI/CD pipeline setup and management • Hands-on experience with containerized applications • Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management • Proven track record creating and managing strong product-driven standards • Strong written and oral English communication skills • Quality mindset and attention to detail
