📋 Description

• Drive the product forward and help deliver valuable, safe, and secure software to customers • Define technical and architectural specifications • Create and maintain code-review guidelines • Code prototypes and complex requirements, increasingly by directing AI/agentic coding tools • Evaluate technical designs against product standards • Evaluate and suggest new technologies and platforms • Define technical and coding standards and participate in code reviews • Define and manage the product release process • Document application architecture • Deliver deep dives to solve complex problems and develop and execute ITDs • Mentor and educate developers • Act as the platform technical expert and interact with other teams

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science or a relevant field • 10+ years of experience in .NET development • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development • 5+ years on an enterprise SaaS development team • Hands-on use of AI-assisted / agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent in day-to-day development • Hands-on experience implementing unit/integration tests in both backend and frontend • Hands-on CI/CD pipeline setup and management • Hands-on experience with containerized applications • Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management • Proven track record in creating and managing strong product-driven standards • Strong English communications, oral and written • Quality mindset and detail-oriented
