📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements to understand testing needs and align testing with business goals • Design test cases and strategies covering functionality and scenarios • Plan test cycles around development phases and project timelines • Write clear, concise test cases and scripts • Run manual and automated tests to identify issues and bugs • Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks • Report test results, provide visibility into software quality, and recommend improvements • Track defects from identification through resolution and ensure timely fixes • Maintain the QA testing environment and tools • Work closely with development, product management, and operations • Report to the Director of Platform Development • Shape QA practices across Sparkrock's ERP products

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years or more of experience in QA automation • Hands-on experience writing and maintaining automated test code and frameworks • Experience testing ERP or other enterprise SaaS products in production • Experience turning business requirements into test plans and test cases • Experience managing defects from identification to resolution • Experience working in Agile teams • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field • ISTQB, CSTE, or similar testing certification • Fluent, professional English, spoken and written • Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a huge advantage • Experience writing AL-based tests for Microsoft Business Central is an even greater advantage • Daily use of AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code
