📋 Description

• Understand clients’ day-to-day work, routines, and needs • Study the systems used by clients, gathering requirements for software configuration and migration of information to Atende.Net • Configure the Atende.Net system based on the information gathered • Become familiar with other market solutions and their data structures to ensure predictable, well-structured migrations • Identify needs for technical customizations, open support tickets, and monitor development progress • Support the Implementation and Migration teams with technical information • Make occasional technical visits to clients to validate specific routines

🎯 Requirements

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Technology, Engineering, or Accounting/Business Process fields • Previous experience with accounting processes and business rules is preferred • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously • Proactivity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team • Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail • Availability for occasional travel
