📋 Description

• Analyze large volumes of data, records and support tickets to identify deviations, patterns and optimization opportunities. • Structure and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as Churn, Average Handling Time (AHT), FCR (First Call Resolution) and other operational metrics. • Provide analytical support to the technical team, assisting with data interpretation and process compliance. • Transform raw data into clear, actionable management reports using Excel and other tools. • Assist in developing and tracking action plans to correct issues and implement process improvements. • Prepare documentation and presentations detailing analysis results and recommendations for leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Level: Junior to Mid-level experience in analytical roles. • Practical knowledge of telecommunications, preferably in Internet Service Provider (ISP) operations. • Advanced Excel skills: (complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX, charts and dashboard creation). • Proficiency with Word (for reports) and PowerPoint (for presentations). • Strong analytical capability, critical thinking and meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work effectively in a team. • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in fields such as Engineering (Telecommunications, Industrial), Computer Networks, Systems Analysis, Business Administration or related areas.
