📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single- and multi-service projects • Ensure quality deliverables are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction • Provide data management expertise and leadership to the team in project planning, execution, and close-out • Oversee financial management for data management activities, communications, and milestone deliverables • Gather study setup requirements through stakeholder discussions • Support and oversee validation of new device integrations • Perform regular data cleaning activities • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, customer expectations, agreed timelines, and contractual SOW requirements • Support training of new joiners • Lead internal study meetings and internal/sponsor audits; participate in study kick-off and sponsor meetings • Track and manage projects, oversee progress, identify risks, and take corrective action • Manage and oversee implementation of new technology and database revisions • Collaborate with programming teams on process innovation and automation • Maintain compliance with trainings and eSOP reading • Review and provide expert opinion on core operating procedures and work instructions • Collaborate with the Line Manager and cross-functional team members • Perform other duties as directed by the Line Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in health, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences, or related field with proven experience in Data Management • 3–4 years direct Data Management experience, including a minimum of 1 year as a CDM project lead (listed as preferred) • English fluency spoken and English advanced • Advanced computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Inbox • Advanced understanding of the drug development lifecycle and overall clinical research process
