📋 Description

• Create high-quality reports using SSRS, Power BI and in-house Report Designer • Provide advice, training and support to new and existing iSAMS and Ed:gen customers • Develop and deliver custom, catalogue/template and built-in reports on time • Meet deadlines and deliver against requirements • Keep the Service Desk logging system accurate and up to date, including detailed call notes • Collaborate with existing Report Developers • Design visually appealing reports using SSRS and Power BI • Offer solutions and maintain a high level of service • Use remote access technology, knowledge sources and diagnostic tools to resolve or route tickets • Identify recurring incidents or requests and raise awareness • Assist with technical and non-technical “How To” queries • Maintain technical data for support forums and internal documentation • Participate in projects improving report quality and service efficiency • Review internal procedures and propose changes • Maintain knowledge of iSAMS/Ed:gen products and system developments • Attend in-person events such as team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) • Experience with Power BI • Experience with in-house Report Designer • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • Proficient in diagnosing, investigating and resolving issues • Strong analytical abilities • Excellent organisational skills • Ability to work autonomously • Ability to collaborate as a proactive team member • Experience with T-SQL • Ability to work UK Business Hours (2.00 PM - 11.00 PM IST)
