📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end management of the competitive battlecard program, initially focusing on tactical enablement and foundational insights • Use generative AI tools and workflows to gather, synthesize, and surface key market intelligence • Partner with Sales and Product Enablement to translate data into clear narratives • Deliver training that makes complex information user-friendly • Collaborate with IT to optimize integrations with Salesforce, Seismic, and Gong • Track platform engagement and success metrics to improve resources and demonstrate program value • Shape go-to-market strategies by transforming complex market signals into actionable narratives for sales teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market intelligence, or platform management within a B2B enterprise • B2B Technology or SaaS experience is a plus • Strong knowledge of AI tools, specifically using iterative prompting to extract and summarize intelligence at the right level of detail • Proven business acumen with a talent for identifying key signals from noise and crafting compelling, actionable narratives • Service-oriented mindset with strong project management skills • Experience using standard go-to-market toolkits • BA/BS degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related analytical field is a nice to have • Eligible to work from Colombia or Mexico
