📋 Description

• Receive and review inbound resumes and employment inquiries, responding promptly and professionally • Screen resumes against role requirements and shortlist suitable candidates • Conduct phone interviews to assess experience, communication skills, and suitability • Promote the company and opportunity to candidates, creating a positive candidate experience and encouraging them to join • Endorse suitable candidates to the hiring team and submit candidate batches within agreed deadlines • Coordinate offers and hires, keeping candidates informed throughout the process • Manage onboarding, including collecting and verifying new-hire paperwork and credentials • Document candidate interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date recruitment records in the system • Follow established recruitment workflows and meet quality and productivity expectations • Assist with administrative projects and other recruitment support tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Proven recruiting background, with an understanding of both assessing candidates and selling the opportunity to them • Excellent communication skills, with a good phone personality and English pronunciation • Friendly, dynamic, and personable, with a positive attitude • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking skills • Basic computer skills and confident navigation of MS Office and Outlook • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision • Able to follow documented workflows and work to quality and productivity targets • Professional, discreet, and dependable when handling candidate information and credentials • Ambitious with a strong work ethic • Fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps upload and download • Ability to support a wired Ethernet connection • Reliable power backup solution for load shedding and power outages • Must be located in South Africa • ABA therapy experience is beneficial, such as recruiting for or working in ABA, RBT, or BCBA roles • Previous healthcare or healthcare staffing recruitment experience is beneficial • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and onboarding or credentialing processes is beneficial
