📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day legal support across commercial, corporate, regulatory, and operational matters • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, including B2B customer agreements, supplier agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, and other industry-related contracts • Support contract negotiations with online casino operators, aggregators, platform providers, and other iGaming partners • Advise on legal and regulatory matters relevant to the online gambling and casino games industry • Monitor regulatory developments across relevant jurisdictions and assess their potential business impact • Collaborate with Compliance, Commercial, Finance, Product, and senior management teams • Support corporate governance and general company legal requirements • Assist with intellectual property, data protection, and other legal matters • Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory advisors when required • Identify legal and contractual risks and provide practical, commercially focused advice

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with relevant professional legal experience • Previous experience within the iGaming industry is required, ideally within a B2B supplier, casino games provider, platform, aggregator, or operator • Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts • Good understanding of the legal and regulatory environment surrounding online gambling • Ability to work independently and manage a broad range of legal matters within an international business • Commercial mindset with the ability to provide practical solutions rather than purely theoretical legal advice • Excellent written and spoken English is essential • At least a good understanding of the Russian language is required • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable working remotely within an international and fast-moving environment
