📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end Oracle EPM business processes for global finance, including workflows, business rules, reporting and security • Administer Oracle EPBCS, FCCS, EDM and other finance-related applications • Work with finance teams to understand finance systems needs and provide solutions • Govern and manage Oracle financial data between Fusion Cloud EPM applications • Identify opportunities to automate finance data processes and improve efficiency and data accuracy • Support team-wide data analytics, visualization and reporting using Alteryx and Power BI • Maintain operational dashboards, workflows and documentation • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards and conduct regular audits • Plan for future application expansion and assist in capacity planning • Provide training and support on Oracle EPM systems, Power BI and best practices • Escalate risks, blockers and process inefficiencies • Liaise with Information Systems and external vendors to troubleshoot, optimize and enhance Oracle system performance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing or operating finance data solutions and systems leveraging Oracle EPM or similar technologies for global organizations managing complex reporting processes • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM applications, SQL, data integration, data analysis, Power BI, data security, backup and recovery, and performance tuning • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong project management and co-ordination skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred education) • Professional certifications such as Oracle Planning Certified Implementation Professional Certification, Oracle Analytics Cloud Professional, or relevant data analytics (Alteryx) and Power BI certifications are preferred • Experience in the pharmaceuticals industry and ‘Big 4’ is desirable
