📋 Description

• Provide general assistance to the Quantity Surveying team with pre- and post-contract work for clients • Work across three to four projects at any time depending on team allocation and sectors • Assist with all pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties • Handle tender analysis and bidding, tender document administration, material taking off and pricing, measurement of works, and valuation of variations • Prepare cost estimates, subletting, extension of time claims, payment and variation certifications, and final account settlements • Liaise with contractors and specialist suppliers • Support administrative matters • Attend site inspections, visits, site meetings, and tender interviews when required • Develop basic Quantity Surveying skills and experience

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in quantity surveying or commercial management • Preferably experience within data center, E&M, construction, fit-out, or capital projects • Proven track record in project experience and QS skill set • Good understanding of commercial best practices in HK fitting out industry • Good analytical, reporting, and presentation skills • Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities • Experience engaging senior stakeholders in a corporate environment • Hong Kong-based candidates only • Available to start in Q4 2026 • Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Cost and Procurement Management, or a related field
