📋 Description

• Lead monthly financial close, forecasting and annual budgeting cycles for a portfolio of properties • Act as the primary finance business partner to centre managers and client finance teams • Drive consistency in financial reporting format, delivery and timelines across the client's wider portfolio • Mentor, coach and develop team members, delivering regular finance training sessions • Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, journal postings and monthly financial reporting • Manage tenant outgoings recoveries, reconciliations and audit processes • Ensure all directly recoverable expenditure is appropriately charged and removed from outgoings • Prepare outgoings and marketing audit reports • Coordinate annual income, operating and capex budgets within agreed timeframes • Provide first-line MRI system support and liaise with the client's Finance Systems Analyst on system enhancements • Ensure compliance with all JLL and client-specific accounting policies and procedures • Attend monthly property meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA or CA qualification • 4+ years' experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting • Property accounting experience (essential) • Team management experience • Experience with Yardi or MRI property accounting systems (preferred) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • The ability to work autonomously whilst collaborating effectively with diverse teams • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
