• Provide strategic occupancy planning expertise for the client's portfolio in a designated region • Develop scenario and occupancy plans based on space supply and demand • Review and resolve planning forecast requirements, concerns, and issues with Corporate Real Estate • Collect headcount forecasts and resolve discrepancies with Business Unit leadership and group-level data • Gather top-down headcount and growth projections from Corporate Finance • Review planning strategies that drive construction projects and support implementation • Review and approve moves, develop migration plans, and conduct facility audits • Develop portfolio strategy plans across separate locations • Manage occupancy plan development and sequence group-level and individual moves • Resolve planning issues identified during client planning sessions • Recommend, educate, and enforce space policies, standards, procedures, and protocols • Notify the client of customer-requested exceptions • Assist with site-specific Planning Strategies with Senior Leadership • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the client's workplace program • Lead the Occupancy Planning and account team through client relationship management and strategic thinking • Identify space requirements and prepare and update project status reports on actual versus projected seat demand • Report on current supply and capacity and forecast inventory changes • Reconcile discrepancies from top-down projections with the client
• Deep understanding of client space supply and demand • Ability to develop scenario and occupancy plans for a client portfolio in a designated region • Ability to foster relationships with Corporate Real Estate, Business Unit leadership, Corporate Finance, project management, move coordination, facility management, and occupancy planning teams • Ability to manage occupancy plan development, sequence group-level and individual moves, and resolve planning issues • Knowledge of corporate space policies, standards, procedures, and protocols • Ability to develop site-specific Planning Strategies with Senior Leadership • Subject Matter Expertise in the client's workplace program • Ability to use data to drive workplace productivity solutions • Familiarity with space utilization methods and presentation of utilization data • Ability to identify space requirements and prepare and update project status reports • Ability to report on supply and capacity and forecast inventory changes • Ability to reconcile discrepancies from top-down projections
