📋 Description

• Track, analyze, and update space data • Develop scenario and occupancy plans for a client portfolio in a designated region • Foster relationships and coordinate collaboration among business units, especially facility management • Obtain accurate growth projections • Plan strategies that drive construction projects and support implementation • Conduct regular facility audits • Prepare monthly reports and periodic data audits • Track and manage utilization data and trends • Gather space and adjacency requirements • Update space layouts and develop space-planning and block diagrams • Plan and manage portfolios and maximize space utilization • Assist clients with migration plans, group moves, and individual moves • Use qualitative and quantitative data to understand supply and demand • Present utilization data and reconcile discrepancies from top-down projections • Track and report actual seat demand at group level

🎯 Requirements

• Critical thinking skills and ability to tell a story through data • Skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and cell calculations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to consolidate data and floor plans into PowerPoint presentations • Ability to read and interpret floor plans • Working knowledge of occupancy utilization, office design principles, and mobile or collaborative workplace trends • Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with numbers and spatial creativity • Work experience in occupancy or space planning for corporate clients; interior office planning; furniture planning/management; move/project management; or related Facilities functions in a corporate real estate setting • Excellent written and spoken communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex ideas • Ability to interact with executive-level external and internal clients • Strategic thinking, ability to simplify complex matters, see the big picture, and drive results • Proactive, innovative, adaptable, intellectually curious, and able to meet deadlines • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
