📋 Description

• Execute electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting works in compliance with EMSD regulations • Perform routine inspections and Planned Preventive Maintenance for general Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and building fabric • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests to minimize site disruption • Monitor and inspect maintenance works carried out by external contractors to ensure quality and adherence to site guidelines • Enforce compliance with occupational health and safety protocols

🎯 Requirements

• Holder of REW License issued by EMSD • Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical discipline • Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance or facilities management • Good command of spoken Chinese and basic English • Knowledge of EMSD regulations • Ability to perform electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting • Ability to inspect and maintain Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and building fabric • Ability to comply with occupational health and safety protocols
