📋 Description

• Administer and maintain customer and GPO agreements across commercial systems • Ensure pricing integrity, contractual compliance, and audit-ready data • Translate contractual terms into reliable system records and controlled processes in Salesforce, Oracle, and related platforms • Support new product rollouts and strategic initiatives through system setup, process creation, impact assessment, and automation requests • Oversee the pricing process connected to customer contracts • Support sales teams with contracting and quote-generation requests • Ensure SFDC contract data is adequate and reportable • Run data integrity, compliance, sales, and leadership reports in SFDC and Oracle • Maintain contracted consignment inventory values and ensure contracts are executed for consignment customers • Conduct monthly and quarterly audits for Finance, Legal, external auditors, and customer entities such as GPOs • Analyze GPO administration fees and administer accurate payments • Analyze contracts, develop conclusions, communicate recommendations, and alert management to compliance or legal risks • Maintain SFDC membership alignment and update monthly membership lists • Recommend enhancements, provide user requirements, collaborate with IT, conduct user acceptance testing, and train coworkers • Create and manage reports and dashboards in Excel, Salesforce, Oracle, and Power BI • Work with Legal on amendments, new contracts, and terminations • Partner with stakeholders to streamline commercial operations processes • Support sales, finance, and commercial operations teams with questions, process improvements, and complex sales flows • Contribute to day-to-day activities and manage projects across commercial operations and other departments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business/technical field, or MBA, or 8+ years of directly related work experience • 4+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or another analytical function creating data reports and analytics • Fluent English required • Proficiency in an additional EU language is a plus • Strong background in a multi-disciplinary environment with high flexibility • Experience in medical device or other life sciences industry is a plus • SFDC and/or Oracle experience • Ability to analyze and interpret contracts and communicate them in simple terms • Ability to partner with key stakeholders in driving goals • Ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities efficiently and effectively • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision • Highly organized with excellent time management and strong attention to detail • Ability to manage ambiguity • Contract Administration • Contract Support • Oracle Database • Salesforce Administration
