📋 Description

• Lead delivery for the Treasury squad managing Finance applications on SAP ECC/S4, Java, and SWIFT platforms • Set the product vision, priorities, and multi-generation strategy for Treasury platforms • Identify and prioritize product features by business value to maximize ROI • Define, align, and execute global technology strategies and solutions • Partner with business stakeholders to improve, automate, and simplify processes and optimize total cost of ownership • Understand business needs and priorities, negotiate delivery scope, and manage backlogs based on capacity • Ensure development work is completed correctly • Identify future business demand and secure appropriate funding in business plans • Drive business process improvement and change management initiatives • Define business drivers and requirements; oversee gap analysis, prototyping, test scripts, testing, and deployment • Track Treasury system development across the broader project portfolio • Prepare and deliver updates to Business and Technology Leadership and business partners • Establish and monitor Service Level Agreements • Lead medium- to large-complexity projects and liaise across Technology organizations • Coach and guide peers, junior team members, co-ops, and consultants • Promote knowledge sharing and application of J&J Leadership Imperatives • Evaluate software, hardware, and services with vendors and ensure compliance with J&J standards and policies • Protect information assets and ensure security is embedded in Technology plans and actions • Provide subject matter expertise to business partners, contractors, and J&J organizations

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science • 10+ years of overall experience • 5+ years of experience implementing and maintaining Treasury solutions, including SAP and SWIFT • Experience with at least one full-cycle S/4 HANA Finance implementation • 2+ years of people management experience with matrix-based project teams, internal resources, and contractors • Experience managing complex global projects, processes, and systems • Experience with modern cloud-based application delivery, such as SaaS • Business case/value case management experience • Hands-on disciplined project management skills • Experience with software validation in regulated environments • Working knowledge of core application development principles and SDLC methodology • Ability to lead a team across the full system lifecycle from concept to production deployment • Hands-on experience supporting an application portfolio post-launch • Proficiency explaining technologies to customers and communicating technical concepts in non-technical terms • Experience with Agile/Agile Scrum methodology • Experience with Jira and Confluence • Hands-on understanding of design principles, user interfaces, and business process mapping • Ability to operate independently and interface with senior business leaders • Clear and precise written and verbal communication at all levels • Self-starter with strong teamwork and customer service skills • Extreme focus, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality solutions • Strong background in virtualization, networking, and related technologies • Experience supporting global operations and following enterprise process frameworks such as ITIL • Willingness to travel 5%
