⢠Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. ⢠Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. ⢠Respond promptly to intake leads. ⢠Ensure every caller feels heard, supported, and guided. ⢠Conduct initial client intakes with empathy and clarity. ⢠Maintain accurate records within the CRM. ⢠Track and report intake activity during slower call periods. ⢠Qualify leads using a sales-minded approach. ⢠Follow up with potential clients to maintain engagement.
⢠Time Zone: Pacific Standard Time PST ⢠Work Schedule: Full time aligned with PST business hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ⢠Strong English proficiency written and verbal ⢠Ability to manage approximately 45+ calls per day ⢠Comfortable handling a mix of inbound and outbound calls ⢠Capable of switching between call handling and administrative reporting during slower periods.
