📋 Description

• Prepare medical chronologies and summaries with approved artificial intelligence assistance • Help identify and manage liens as training progresses • Maintain accurate and accessible case documentation in Filevine • Request and monitor medical bills and outstanding balances • Support attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff with day-to-day case management and administrative needs • Use RingCentral and Zoom for client communication, internal collaboration, and virtual meetings • Support the drafting of legal documents as experience and training progress • Take on additional administrative and case management responsibilities based on the legal team’s needs • Follow up with medical providers and other relevant parties regarding requested documentation • Handle incoming calls during assigned phone coverage periods • Respond to clients professionally through email and SMS • Request, collect, organize, and manage medical records • Assist with the preparation of demand packages • Organize key medical and case documents

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience working as a case manager or legal assistant • Personal Injury experience required • Filevine experience preferred • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Strong professional writing skills for client correspondence and legal support • Ability to communicate professionally with clients through email, SMS, and phone • Strong organizational and document management skills • Ability to manage medical records, bills, balances, and related case information accurately • Capacity to learn personal injury case management processes through gradual training • Adaptability and willingness to manage several areas of responsibility • Collaborative and easy-to-work-with approach • Friendly, professional, and service-oriented communication style • Strong attention to detail when reviewing documents and maintaining case information • Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a lower-volume legal environment • Dependability when supporting attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members • Comfort using case management and communication technology • Remote, Eastern Standard Time (EST) • Monday to Friday availability • Ability to handle moderate call volume of 6-15 calls per day • FileVine CRM proficiency • RingCentral VOIP proficiency • Zoom proficiency • English language
