📋 Description

• Take technical ownership of our Snowflake-based data platform and continuously advance it strategically and technically • Design and optimize scalable data architectures, data warehouses, and data models with a focus on performance, stability, and long-term viability • Develop, operate, and optimize high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines • Define best practices for data quality, data modeling, and architecture • Serve as the central point of contact for technical questions

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience (at least 5–7 years) in data engineering • Solid hands-on experience with Snowflake • Good understanding of modern data architectures, performance optimization, and best practices • Proficient in SQL and Python • Ideally experienced with tools such as dbt, Apache Airflow, or Dagster, and with cloud technologies, preferably Azure • Experienced in building and operating ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, data warehouses, and data lakes • Strong understanding of scalable data architectures • Demonstrate self-responsibility, technical judgment, and the ability to share your expertise as a technical sparring partner • Confident communication in German and good command of English
