📋 Description

• Lead executive searches end to end, including intake meetings, role definition, compensation calibration, sourcing strategy, executive outreach, candidate assessment, client presentations, offer management, and successful placement • Lead executive discovery sessions to understand organizational challenges and leadership needs • Translate client expectations into structured search strategies and compelling leadership profiles • Serve as the senior strategic point of contact throughout engagements • Facilitate executive-level conversations and decision-making in English • Design tailored search strategies for leadership positions across industries and geographies • Conduct market mapping and direct headhunting of passive executive talent • Conduct structured executive interviews and leadership assessments • Evaluate candidates based on competencies, leadership capabilities, cultural alignment, and mission fit • Advise clients on market dynamics, candidate trade-offs, and hiring decisions • Deliver transparent communication, timely feedback, and respectful candidate engagement • Lead executive negotiations and support onboarding and post-placement follow-up • Produce executive search reports, market intelligence, compensation insights, and pipeline analytics • Use technology and AI tools to strengthen research, sourcing, documentation, and decision-making • Contribute to knowledge sharing, methodology improvements, and mentoring of junior consultants when appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12+ years in executive search, senior recruiting, or leadership hiring—agency or in-house—delivering Director/C-Suite or hard-to-fill leadership roles • Proven track record of direct headhunting and closing passive candidates across multiple markets/time zones • Comfortable running multiple searches concurrently in a freelance/independent setup with clear SLAs and outcome accountability • Professional, fluent, bilingual English, able to lead client calls, negotiations, and written deliverables independently, with no translation support required • Spanish is required; Portuguese is highly valued • Expertise in leadership assessment, behavioral interviewing, and talent mapping • Outstanding project management and organizational abilities • Fluency with technology and AI tools for research, sourcing, and decision-making • Proficiency in digital recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and professional networking tools • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Availability to collaborate across AMER and partial EMEA time zones • Expected capacity to manage 2–4 executive search assignments simultaneously • No specific degree required; advanced studies or certifications are optional
