📋 Description

• Lead executive searches end to end, from intake meetings and role definition through sourcing, outreach, assessment, offer management, placement, onboarding, and post-placement follow-up • Lead executive discovery sessions and translate client needs into structured search strategies and leadership profiles • Serve as the senior strategic point of contact throughout engagements • Facilitate executive-level conversations and decision-making in English • Design tailored search strategies across industries and geographies • Conduct market mapping and direct headhunting of passive executive talent • Conduct structured executive interviews and leadership assessments • Evaluate candidates for competencies, leadership capabilities, cultural alignment, and mission fit • Advise clients on market dynamics, candidate trade-offs, and hiring decisions • Deliver transparent communication, timely feedback, and respectful candidate engagement • Lead executive negotiations and support successful onboarding and post-placement follow-up • Produce executive search reports, market intelligence, compensation insights, and pipeline analytics • Use technology and AI tools for research, sourcing, documentation, and decision-making • Contribute to knowledge sharing, methodology improvements, and mentoring junior consultants when appropriate • Manage 2–4 executive search assignments simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12+ years in executive search, senior recruiting, or leadership hiring • Experience delivering Director/C-Suite or hard-to-fill leadership searches • Proven direct headhunting and passive-candidate closing experience across multiple markets and time zones • Ability to manage multiple searches concurrently in a freelance/independent setup with clear SLAs and outcome accountability • Professional, fluent, bilingual English is mandatory • Spanish is required; Portuguese is highly valued • Expertise in leadership assessment, behavioral interviewing, and talent mapping • Outstanding project management and organizational abilities • Fluency with technology and AI tools for research, sourcing, and decision-making • Proficiency in digital recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and professional networking tools • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Availability to collaborate across AMER and partial EMEA time zones • No specific degree required; advanced studies or certifications are optional
