📋 Description

• Support, maintain, and enhance AWS cloud infrastructure across Development, Validation, UAT, and Production environments • Lead frontline support for cloud-hosted applications and infrastructure • Perform incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance optimization, and SLA-driven production issue resolution • Monitor and manage AWS services including EKS, EC2, RDS, Redshift, S3, CloudFront, WAF, IAM, Route53, DynamoDB, Lambda, SNS, SQS, and CloudWatch • Lead production deployments, platform upgrades, change implementations, patching, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure lifecycle management • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using CloudFormation, Terraform, or equivalent tools • Collaborate with Application, DevOps, Security, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, and Business teams on onboarding, enhancements, migrations, and releases • Support DataOps and AI platform operations, including Databricks, Redshift, Bedrock, and AI Gateway • Implement monitoring, alerting, dashboards, operational runbooks, and automation solutions • Support IAM governance, backup management, disaster recovery preparedness, audits, and operational risk management • Work with Cloud Engineering teams on standardization, modernization, automation, and operational excellence • Support cloud cost optimization through right-sizing, utilization analysis, tagging governance, chargeback, and FinOps practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field • 3 to 5 years of experience managing and supporting enterprise cloud infrastructure • At least 2+ years of hands-on AWS experience • Strong expertise in AWS services including EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudFront, WAF, Route53, Lambda, CloudWatch, Redshift, and related cloud-native services • Experience with Kubernetes, containerized workloads, platform engineering, and EKS operations • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform, AWS CDK, or equivalent) • Experience working in production support environments with incident management, problem management, and operational SLA ownership • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or related DevOps tools • Comfortable working with Data Engineering and Analytics teams; exposure to Databricks, AWS Glue, DBT, or similar data platform technologies is preferred • Working knowledge of AWS IAM, Secrets Manager, KMS, cloud security best practices, and vulnerability remediation processes • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across infrastructure, networking, security, databases, and cloud services • Working knowledge of AWS data services including Glue, Athena, Redshift, and Databricks • Understanding of DataOps practices such as pipeline orchestration, environment promotion, job scheduling, and failure recovery • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redshift, and Athena from an infrastructure perspective • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow • Experience with CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk, or equivalent monitoring tools • Exposure to AWS Cost Explorer, Budgets, tagging strategies, and chargeback mechanisms • Experience supporting Generative AI, LLM, RAG, MCP, Bedrock, Claude, AI Gateway, or similar AI platform workloads is good to have • Experience with self-healing operational workflows and automation frameworks is good to have • Experience supporting validated, regulated, or GxP-compliant environments is good to have • AWS or Kubernetes certifications are good to have • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proactive attitude toward operational improvements and automation • Strong ownership and ability to work independently • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving requirements • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage incidents in a time-sensitive environment
