📋 Description

• Initiate contact with prospective clients through Instagram DMs, demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude. • Engage in conversations to understand potential clients' needs and preferences. • Present the unique benefits of our high-ticket coaching program and pique the interest of prospective clients effectively. • Pre-qualify leads based on set criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our coaching program in Lebanon. • Schedule appointments between qualified leads and our sales team. • Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. • Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead qualification processes and strategies. • Meet or exceed set performance metrics for lead engagement and conversion.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in appointment setting or a similar role, with a background in high-ticket sales preferred. • Familiarity with the fitness industry and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. • Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in typing (fluency in English is preferable but not a strict requirement). • Experience in selling via chat through Instagram DMs. • Highly responsive and dedicated to engaging with new leads promptly. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. • A strong commitment to meeting and exceeding sales goals. • Must be based in Lebanon. • Do not have ANY part time job, side hustle, or business
