⢠Initiate contact with prospective clients through Instagram DMs, demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude. ⢠Engage in conversations to understand potential clients' needs and preferences. ⢠Present the unique benefits of our high-ticket coaching program and pique the interest of prospective clients effectively. ⢠Pre-qualify leads based on set criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our coaching program in Lebanon. ⢠Schedule appointments between qualified leads and our sales team. ⢠Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. ⢠Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead qualification processes and strategies. ⢠Meet or exceed set performance metrics for lead engagement and conversion.
⢠Proven experience in appointment setting or a similar role, with a background in high-ticket sales preferred. ⢠Familiarity with the fitness industry and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. ⢠Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in typing (fluency in English is preferable but not a strict requirement). ⢠Experience in selling via chat through Instagram DMs. ⢠Highly responsive and dedicated to engaging with new leads promptly. ⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ⢠Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. ⢠Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. ⢠A strong commitment to meeting and exceeding sales goals. ⢠Must be based in Lebanon. ⢠Do not have ANY part time job, side hustle, or business
