📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact between customers and the banking company • Provide professional advice and guidance for incoming inquiries, questions, and issues regarding product defects, payment issues, and general questions on content or products • Answer inbound calls and emails within client and contact center guidelines/goals • Give accurate, valid, and complete information using proper procedures • Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets • Complete daily tasks as allocated efficiently and timely • Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database • Identify and escalate issues appropriately • Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer emails • Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks in tandem • Complete necessary training before handling customers

🎯 Requirements

• You need a European passport to apply • You speak and write Swedish at a native level • You are fluent in English (B2) • Experience in customer support and the travel industry is a plus but not a must • Basic understanding and level of computer handling skills • Excellent multitasking skills • Desire to learn and advance, and be a curious investigator and problem solver • Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills • Attentive listening skills • Good interpersonal relationship building skills
