📋 Description

• Monitor current developments in AI, automation, and digitalization • Analyze new tools, platforms, and technologies • Develop new learning modules and instructional content • Revise and update existing content • Produce screen recordings and instructional videos • Create practical exercises and case studies • Prepare presentations, learning materials, and documentation • Ensure quality assurance of our training programs • Monitor regulatory developments (e.g., the EU AI Act) • Work closely with our team to further develop our training offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and automation • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and understandably • Structured and independent working style • Strong quality awareness • Technical affinity/understanding • Willingness to engage in continuous learning • Advantageous: Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI systems • Advantageous: Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier • Advantageous: Experience in e-learning, training, or knowledge transfer • Advantageous: Knowledge of software development, digitalization, or process optimization • Vocational training, a degree, or relevant professional experience is desirable but not required
