📋 Description

• Own the content and subject-matter aspects of the entire recognition and recruitment process for international nurses • Analyze and structure process steps, including visas, professional recognition, and documentation, and translate them into a clear process architecture • Work closely with the technical team to implement these processes within a digital platform • Serve as a point of contact for the founders and pilot customers on subject-matter, process, and regulatory matters • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability across the entire process • Monitor and assess regulatory developments and legislative changes • Support the development and continued evolution of the product concept and business model

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in international skilled-worker recruitment, professional recognition procedures, relocation, or comparable processes • Strong understanding of complex, multi-step processes and the ability to map them in a structured way • Ability to translate operational workflows into scalable systems and product logic • Independent, structured working style with a high level of ownership • Interest in the startup environment and building something from the ground up • Excellent communication skills in German and ideally English
