📋 Description

• Формувати контент-гіпотези для paid acquisition у Meta, Google та TikTok • Будувати та підтримувати content-testing flow, узгоджуючи data insights із design briefs • Відстежувати ефективність контенту та запобігати його «вигоранню» • Брифувати внутрішню дизайн-команду та зовнішніх креаторів для тестування гіпотез • Масштабувати найкращі рішення на різні ринки та аудиторні сегменти • Вибудовувати AI-пайплайни для контенту, щоб мінімізувати рутину • Спільно з paid traffic командою розробляти acquisition-тактики під конкретні канали, ринки або сегменти користувачів • Проводити конкурентний research, декомпозувати елементи реклами та виокремлювати best practices • Тісно співпрацювати з performance marketing, user acquisition, design та analytics командами для досягнення бізнес-результатів

🎯 Requirements

• Від 1 року досвіду у створенні контенту (digital, SMM) для mobile app або web продукту в кількох гео • Розуміння вимог рекламних платформ (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) • Досвід у ads копірайтингу • Досвід експериментів з AI-тулами (Sora, NanoBanana, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, N8n тощо) • Аналітичне мислення та розуміння впливу на performance marketing метрики (CAC, ER, CTR, CPM) • Зацікавленість приносити нові ідеї та підходи • Вміння декомпозувати ідеї на тестовані елементи • Самомотивація та здатність брати ownership за таски та проєкти • Амбіція впливати на глобальний продукт і бренд у 66 країнах • Англійська на рівні B2+ • Комфортна робота в крос-функціональних командах та здатність одночасно тримати в голові кілька контекстів • Досвід у B2C-продукті (мобільний застосунок або вебпродукт) від 2 років
