📋 Description

• Build and maintain the React and Tailwind design system • Own frontend performance in Next.js 16, including rendering strategy, bundle size, and real-world connection performance • Develop accessible frontend experiences by treating accessibility as a default • Develop the Node.js layer using Express.js or Nest.js between the UI and backend services • Use Redis for caching where appropriate • Promote clean code and automated testing • Share technical knowledge with the team • Use coding agents in the daily workflow by directing their work, reviewing output, and correcting issues • Collaborate with software architects, product owners, and fellow developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical decisions • Help shape service boundaries, AI-agent workflows, and engineering standards in an AI-native architecture • Participate in a three-step hiring process including an on-site team interview

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of production frontend development experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript • Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS • Experience managing client-side state with Zustand • Experience writing unit and component tests with Vitest • Experience writing end-to-end tests with Playwright • Comfortable with Node.js, Express.js or Nest.js • Experience working against APIs from a microservices backend • Experience working in agile teams using Scrum or Kanban • Clear written communication • Comfortable working in English • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform experience is a plus, not a requirement
